Offering modern rooms with an in-room washer/dryer, microwave and a small fridge, Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku is a 2-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome Subway Station. Some rooms feature a kitchenette, while free Wi-Fi is available at the entire property. The air-conditioned rooms at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, a safety deposit box and an electric kettle. A hairdryer and free toiletries are provided. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Central Park and a 15-minute stroll from JR Shinjuku Train Station. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is a 10-minute walk away. The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge.

Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.

For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).

For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30.
