We’re available via message to assist you anytime during your stay. 【House Rules】 1)If you're caught smoking, you'll be fined. 2)Please keep the facility clean at all times. 3)Pets are not allowed. 4)Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly forbidden. 5)Do not take home any room amenities (such as towels). 6)Please be mindful of noise when entering/exiting, in the balcony, or around the facility. 7)When leaving, please lock the door and turn off all lights, air conditioning, and appliances. 8)Please separate and dispose of garbage correctly. If unsure, leave it in the room. 9)Any damage, loss, or staining of facilities or amenities will be charged at cost. 10)There are stairs inside the room. Please be extra cautious, especially with small children. 11)Parking space is limited. Please be careful when parking and opening doors. 12)The electronic door lock is NOT automatic. Please press the lock button when leaving or sleeping. 【The rules of shorten or change the dates】 ・If it is within 48 hours after reservation is confirmed and more than one week before check-in. →Acceptable. You will not be charged for the shorten or changed dates. ・If it is less than one week before check-in. →Acceptable, however you will be charged for half of the number of days shortened or changed.**Important Notes** - **Towel Replenishment**: Basically, towels are provided only for the number of people booked.
