We decided to move to Ishigaki because we love nature. We like reading, snorkeling, or spending time outside. The house is divided into two private and independent apartments (ground floor and top floor). It is possible to rent the entire house or only one apartment. Guests choosing the Four-bedroom house option are renting the whole building. However, if the guests are only 2 or 3 persons (or a small family with children), it is possible to choose just one apartment (please tell us which one after you reserved). The other apartment will remain empty for a full privacy in the property. Located between the Kabira bay and Yonehara beach, both floors have a great ocean view. You will be 20 minutes away by car from the airport, 10 minutes from the Kabira by, 5 minutes from Yonehara beach, and 30 minutes from down town and the port. Typhoon & cancellation - In case the guest can't come because of a flight cancellation due to bad weather (typhoon, snow, lightning strike etc...) the cancellation fee of the reservation is 50%. - If the cancellation is due to any other reason, and if the guest doesn’t show up, the cancel fee is 100% - If the guest can postpone the trip, we accept for free -according to both parties availability- to change the dates of the reservation. - If planes fly normally but the guest chooses to cancel because of bad weather reason, or any other private reason, cancellation fee will be charged as mentioned in the cancellation policy.

The house is surrounded by the sea and the mountains. The closest beach is located at 5 min walking from the house. Behind the house, you will find mountains and hills where you will be able to have a walk and enjoy again the view on the nature and the ocean. The closest restaurant is located at 1 minute walking. You will find also cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood, few minutes driving from the apartment. For diner the closest restaurants are located nearby Kabira bay (10 min. drive). Finally, there is a bakery located 2 minutes driving from the house (or 10 minutes walking). There is no supermarket or convenience store near the house. You will find a local store in Yamabare and a bigger one in Kabira. All the supermarkets are located down town. Yamabare bus stop is at 10 min walking from the apartment. However, we recommend you to rent a car to move on the island.
