Club Ambassador Lounge is only available for those above the age of 14, whereas, children under the age of 14 are not allowed in even when accompanied by their guardians.

Executive rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults. (Children under the age of 14 cannot be accommodated)

If you make a reservation with breakfast included, an extra fee will be charged for a child breakfast.

For customers with Executive Lounge benefits (Club Ambassador Lounge)

Breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour are provided at the Club Ambassador Lounge on the 18th floor. (Club Ambassador Lounge breakfast service resumed from the morning of March 1, 24)

Please note that the fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, and screen golf course are closed on the first Wednesday of each month.

Due to the government's regulations on the use of disposable products, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided free of charge.

All guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can stay only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
