The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

The repair work of the facility is done from November 1,2024 to May 6,2025. This may cause noise during the day, but construction is not carried out at night.

Guests are required to make a deposit of KRW 100,000 upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out.

Please note that starting from 1st January, 2023 Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Seoul Myeongdong will start selling some of the amenities for a fee, aiming to reduce the use and emission of single-use plastics.

Item : Toothbrush/toothpaste set, razor set, etc.

Location: Vending machine on the 21st floor (only cards accepted, no cash).

Housekeeping service is offered every 2 days.

When room cleaning is not scheduled, the housekeeping will not enter the room, and a fresh set of towels will be provided at your door.

If you wish to have your room cleaned, please either inform the front desk or use the touch pannel in your room by 12PM on the day.

As of 1st October, breakfast surcharge of KRW 20,000 per child, per day applies for children aged 7–12 years.
