Kindly be informed that Grand Hotel adheres to Kuwait law by not accepting bookings from unmarried couples, including Singles (Kuwaitis / Residents).

It is required that both individuals are present during check-in, and that they have their original identification documents and original marriage certificate with them.

Guests must present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking during check-in.

Any Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Late check-out requests are subject to a 50% room rate charge until 18:00 hrs, and a full room rate charge thereafter, which must be paid in advance.

The hotel does not take responsibility for guests' valuables left in the rooms or on hotel premises, although personal safes are provided in room wardrobes.

Guests are liable for any damages that occur during their stay.

For security reasons, visitors are not permitted in guest rooms; failure to comply will result in immediate check-out without a refund.

Grand Hotel is a completely Non-Smoking establishment, ensuring that all of our rooms are free from any traces of smoke. Therefore, smoking is strictly forbidden within the building and the rooms.

Guests staying with us for a minimum of 2 nights are entitled to a 50% discount on all laundry services during their stay.
