SIXTH-FLOOR CORNER UNIT All Beachcomber condos are maintained to perfection with quality furnishings, gourmet appliances, and all the comforts of home. Each unit comes furnished with either a spacious beachfront patio or an oceanfront balcony. The front desk manages all check-ins and can help coordinate excursions and other guest services. The fitness center and oceanfront infinity pool with two heated spas are reserved exclusively for Beachcomber guests. Sun loungers and shade umbrellas are provided complimentary on a first-come-first-served basis. Two beach cabanas are also available adjacent to the pool deck. Completely renovated in 2021, this unit was stripped down to the bare studs allowing for complete creative freedom. Offering spectacular panoramic beach views this 3-bedroom corner condo brings modern luxury to a new level! A custom white kitchen, with a waterfall island, boasts top-of-the-line Bosch appliances. To complement the gourmet kitchen a new wet bar was installed featuring a wine and beverage fridge and under-counter ice maker. A special coffee station was added to this area for those who love their morning coffee. All three bathrooms were remodeled with frameless glass shower enclosures and custom cabinetry. The designer flooring throughout was chosen for its driftwood appearance and succeeds in bringing the beach feeling indoors. Complimenting the new floors, walls, and lighting, designer finishes were carefully chosen to capture the sunlight that fills the condo throughout the day. A new air conditioning system with in-duct air purification lighting was installed to neutralize pollutants and ensure excellent indoor air quality. The balcony now makes outdoor living a breeze.
