Our company has been in existence since December 2017. Currently, we own three operational properties: 1. HYGGE Cottage, designed to accommodate 8-13 people. 2. NORDIC Cabin, designed to accommodate 5-7 people. 3. SCANDI Cabin, designed to accommodate 5-7 people. Each property has its own territory, terrace or gazebo, and sauna. It is possible for guests to stay in multiple properties simultaneously, as all properties are within walking distance. We always provide fresh linens, functioning plumbing, and household appliances. Each property features a spacious terrace and territory. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen and a Russian sauna available on-site. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all properties. All properties are located in the same area, with each property having its own territory. However, it is possible to book multiple properties simultaneously.

The cottage features 6 rooms and 14 sleeping spots: - Master bedroom: two double beds - 4 sleeping spots - Eastern bedroom: one double bed - 2 sleeping spots - Western bedroom: one double bed and a sofa (additional sleeping spot) - 3 sleeping spots - Bedroom/nursery: two single beds - 2 sleeping spots - Bedroom: one double bed - 2 sleeping spots - Living room: one single sofa bed (additional sleeping spot) - 1 sleeping spot HYGGE Cottage provides a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. Experience perfect comfort with our textile details. We provide towels for the bathroom, kitchen, and sauna, as well as extra sets of bed linen, a hairdryer, and toilet paper – everything for your pleasant stay. There are three full bathrooms in our cottage, providing comfort for up to 12 people. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. Parking is available for up to 7 cars. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage, along with a TV with access to Netflix, Kinopoisk, IVI, home karaoke, and a music center. For children, there is a separate playroom with a large chalkboard for drawing and toys, as well as a children's play complex. During warm weather, a large frame pool with heating is available on the cottage grounds.

Our cabins and cottage are situated in the mountains, surrounded by several ski resorts including Oi Karagai, Alma-Tau, Pioneer, and Tabagan, adjacent to nature reserves. Just 40 minutes from the center of Almaty. Surrounded by mountains and ski resorts, they offer convenient access to shops with a wide range of goods and a pharmacy within walking distance. The transportation infrastructure is convenient, with quality road surfaces. Our homes can be reached by taxi, and transfer services are available. Additionally, taxis are available in the village at reasonable prices. Cellular reception and mobile internet work excellently in the area.
