A unique 3 level Penthouse in the heart of Almaty! All sightseeing locations in any direction are only 5-10 minutes by cab.
Private rooftop terrace with breathtaking views! Jacuzzi with hydromassage inside the apartment for your relaxation after day of skiing or hiking the Ile-Alatau mountains. All windows within the Penthouse face the Mountains! You get a gorgeous view from every single window.
First floor of the Penthouse includes a living room with a flat screen smart TV, massive dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A separate full bathroom with the jacuzzi is also on the first floor.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms (please note a bedroom with 2 single beds is accessed through the master bedroom). And an additional separate shower room and a separate bathroom with toilet and bidet, so shower and toilet can be used separately.
Third floor is a seperate bedroom with incredibly high panoramic windows and 5 meter high ceiling. This room features a Queen size bed, Mini Bar with a sink and a mini fridge. And this room has access to the private terrace with the most beautiful Mountains and City view.
I am originally from Almaty and I absolutely love this city for the ability to ski or hike any time you feel like it. In addition to that city is very vibrant. It never sleeps! You will find all kinds of entertainment in Almaty, including the amazing night scene and delicious restaurants with big variety of cuisines. Locals are very friendly and hospitable towards all visitors and city is safe!
