Our guesthouse is located at the lower independent floor of an eco-friendly renovated traditional Lebanese house built in 1913 in the beautifully preserved typical village of Kfar Aaqab in the Matn area, close to the Keserwan border. The village hangs at 1200 m altitude under Baskinta, less than an hour away from Beirut. The stunning view this old traditional house offers on the Mediterranean sea and Beirut makes it a privileged location to enjoy a cool, calm, and relaxed stay with the possibility for discoveries, strolls, hikes and great swims. 🏡 Features: 📌 3 Bed & Breakfast bedrooms. Each room accommodates 2 adults and has its private bathroom, including an italian shower. 📌 A fully equipped kitchen. 📌 A large living room split in 3 spaces to allow for privacy and flexibility. 📌 A 20*5 m² swimming pool, surrounded by an outdoor living space and terraces to admire breathtaking sunsets into the sea and the surrounding mountains.

✅ One room (rooms may be booked separately). ✅ Welcome cakes upon arrival. ✅ Free water and hot beverage. ✅ A traditional Lebanese breakfast mostly made from locally grown bioproducts from our garden, eggs from our henhouse and a variety of Kfar Aaqab produced cow and goat cheese. ✅ The house is as eco-friendly as possible: the electricity is generated by the sun, the water is heated by solar panels, etc. ❇️ We can arrange for lunch or dinner if requested in advance. Home made dishes and Lebanese meals will be delicately prepared by our neighbor and great cook Sabah, and agreed upon directly with her. ❇️ Wines (Red, White and Rosé) and products from the terroir (Honey, jams, molasses, sirups, soap, etc.) are available to shop on the premises. It is part of our community service program.
