Colombo Residence is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and centrally located house in Colombo. It is located in a decent neighborhood. Easily accessible from airport (26km). Many restaurants and recreation places are close by. It is housed with 5 large bed rooms, 3.5 shared bathrooms, very spacious kitchen, meeting & living/dining areas. All rooms are fitted with air-conditioners and ceiling fans. There is a full-time caretaker to look after all your needs. You will have free Wi-fi.
We love to meet people from different nationalities. As a result our guests have highly praised our services given to them.
Borella is a central business location, and the largest suburb in Colombo. It is within 5-10 minute distance (during non-peak traffic) to many of the main government institutions such as the Parliament, Town Hall, Colombo Harbour, Main Central stations at Fort and Maradana. Galle Face promenade for evening walks is within 10minutes. For golf lovers Royal Colombo Golf Club is within walking distance. It is also very close to central business districts like Colombo Fort, Maradana, Kolpetty, Bambalapitiya, Nugegoda, Battaramulla etc. Gangarama Buddhist temple, Vajirarama Buddhist temple, All Saints Church and other sacred/religious places are within close proximity.
