Host family is a well experienced English speaking local family head Person Mr. Dileep is a tour guide with his own A/c taxi and a tuk tuk. Family house wife is famous for good cooking specially local food. Front desk receptionist is the family daughter who is very friendly and kind. Property manager is the family son who is giving room service as well. Their vision is that the tourists are also respectable humans who deserve well treated tour packages just like locals.

Though it is situated faced to the Kandy Jaffna highway the architectural design of the upper floor back side rooms are quite and calm . Middle floor lobby and terrace also well admired by tourists as cool and calm place.

Dambulla main public bus depo is also close by. Walking distance to the famous Rangiri rock temple. 20 minutes journey to the world heritage site the Sigiriya rock fortress. Also easy access to Habarana , Minneriya national forests elephant ride .
