home feeling & cleared place, our place situated 02 minuts walking weligama beach and surf point & city center, as well as 200m weligama railway station. all town facilities are available, ( walking distance) tourism surf points are available,, Our house is well decorated and newly renovated as modern house. So you cant get this house as same money in diffrent house in the city Its very walkable place. From the big supermarket which is closed at 10pm is near by.

Our neighborhood is unique because is is set back from the main road here in weligama. The garden provides a lovely environment, tucked back in nature, surrounded by fruit trees.weligama is very relaxed and does not have the hustle bustle of other more touristy spots like Unawatuna and Mirissa.Marriott Weligama Resort & Spa near by 200m weligama beach park near by 100m
