Founded by european family who is decided to change the busy lifestyle and move to lazy village of Alankuda in Kalpitiya. Our caretakers are available during your stay to organize anything you might dream of. We are managing two properties within the same tropical garden.
Property information
We have found this beautiful place at the sand dune within coconut plantations, next to the beach and we have built the first house in 2017. The garden is full of trees and flowers, visited by peacocks and other birds. The main building looks like a european castle and offers higher standards of rooms, restaurant and common spaces.
As a small property we are dedicated to make you feel at home.
We offer various activities to relax (massages), sport (beach volleyball and table tennis is free and onsite) and wildlife (turles nesting in front of the property, dophin/whale watching from our beach, birdwatching onsite and around, mangrowe lagoon boat tour, scuba diving and kitesurfing with our partners, Wilpattu safari)
Neighbourhood information
On the boarder of our garden is sand dune and beach offering suberb view of the Indian Ocean and sunsets. On the beach in front of the house you can watch turtles nesting, depart for dolphin or whale trips. Walking the beach for 3km north you reach famous St. Anne shrine (church). In the village of Alankuda you can find birdwatching lakes as well as local shops, fish and vegetable markets, banks with ATMs, tailors ready to make shirt or suit to your order.
