The luxury property is set within a large garden. The environment is very nature oriented and safe. The house is very spacious and offers three large bedrooms with attached bathrooms and shared amenities including a study room and a shared lounge access with living and dining areas. The house has a fully equipped kitchen which is available for cooking. The large landscaped green garden with lots of big trees helps you unwind and relax in a calm environment. The owner and her caretaker, who also live in the same house are always available for any support. The house is located in a quiet area, but with close proximity to the main road and all shopping areas.

Maleeka Muthumala is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and now retired after working 30 years in the largest tea exporting company in Sri Lanka (Akbar Brothers) and living in the same house. She is very friendly and would always make sure to provide the most comfortable and safest experience to every one of her guests. She is always available for any support during the stay.

The neighborhood is very friendly and the are so many useful places in the nearby area. Such as a very famous Eastern medicine (Ayurveda) Hospital which offers various therapies free of charge (as owned by the Govt) within 50 m of the property. In addition supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and the main bus stand to any part of the Island and railway station are also within 200 m of the property. The walking path is also nearby.
