My property is in a quite neighborhood and 3 minute walk to the Mount Lavinia City center. To the Beach is only 10 minute walk. The Bus Stand towards Colombo or Galle is also 5 minute walk. The Mount Lavinia Railway Station is approximately 5 to 10 minute walk. Fast food outlets such as K F C, Burger King, McDonald's is also close by,10 minute walk. 5 minute walk to Bank ATM. Mini Super markets just 5 minute walk. The Dehiwala Zoo is also close by.
