Welcome to the KOCOON Surf House ! In the Villa you'll enjoy AC and private bathroom in every bedrooms & fast fiber WIFI. Shared access to a spacious kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Coffee, tea, spices, and more are provided, along with a large dining table for shared meals and cozy gatherings. The open-plan living room, connected to the kitchen, features comfortable sofas to relax. A windy and cosy roof top with stunning view of surrounding palm trees and the peaceful street below. It goes with an attached kitchen, hamac, pillows, carpets and other chilling chairs. This place is a bird theater in the morning, a perfect place for yoga, reading and nap sessions. You'll have also access to a board rack to store your "precious friends" and let them rest in a secure place at night. Safe Sports gear storage is also linked to the house with private access. An outside shower is there and very useful after a surf session or just a lazy sunny-beach afternoon. The Villa is located in a little street and you'll find here a lovely and calm local neighborhood ideal for long nights and quiet mornings. Only 5 minutes walk to Madiha Surf Point and 10 minutes to Turtle beach, our beautiful village is an idyllic spot for surf and snorkeling lovers, chilling travelers and cool families. Here you'll find all you need for a comfy stay with many activity options, great facilities and personal services which me and Lulu will provide with pleasure. MADIHA is full of cosy coffee shop, tasty restaurant, beach side Bars and Clubs as the famous " Doctor's House " and " Shymaguni " which both are at 15 minutes walk from the villa. You'll also find here all facilities on the main coast road such as ATM, Supermarkets, local grocery and bakery shops.
