This is a well maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in a decent and quiet neighbourhood, boasting for it's super cleanliness and luscious gardens, so it is a home away from home. Spacious living and dining plus retreat area helps relax with the family, friends or relatives. Additional dining or desk area in the utility room at the back along with ample space for storage. Decent size kitchen for a simple meal preparation. Open and outdoor shower is ideal to take a shower outside in constant tropical / hot weather. Property is well secured with high walls around the garden and locked gate, so privacy is at its top notch. Plenty of shops and cafes available in the neighbourhood for groceries or meals. Large supermarket is just about opposite the house making it very convenient to buy anything you want.

I love a laugh and am a keen gardener as gardening is very therapeutic for me. I also love dancing, especially Latin, ballroom and new vogue. I am working full time and also a workaholic, so yes, you guessed it right - I work remotely from all over the world :). My husband and I are happy to host you in our family home. We live in Australia but regularly travel back to Sri Lanka to visit our family and friends. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. Our property is being looked after and taken care of by very trustworthy 2 x caretakers and a gardener on a regular basis, who are decent human beings. They do not live on the property, but are a phone call away if you need any advise on anything to do in Negombo. A nominated caretaker will meet you at the property on arrival / departure and for you to contact in an emergency for property related queries. For those who wish to check in after 9:00pm local time, contactless entry is available upon request. If you need a daily cleaner please let me know as I can get my cleaner at a local price for you. I can also recommend an experienced driver / tour guide for you to visit other parts of the country whilst being based in Negombo.

1km to Negombo town. Less than 200m to private medical facility. 1km to the base hospital and prominent private hospitals and other various medical facilities. Plenty of cafes and food outlets in the immediate neighbourhood. 2km to the beach and main tourist strip. 1km to the famous Negombo fish market. 2km to the main Air Force base. 1/2km to a famous temple. Plenty of temples and churches to visit. Tuk Tuks are available in plenty around the corner of the property to get your daily errands done in the Negombo city.
