Residence @ 7 is a tastefully renovated family home built in the early sixties was occupied by three generations. Converted into three tastefully laid out studio apartments down a quiet lane in Colombo 5,
In the centre of the city the property is well located and close to many international officers, shopping malls, a multitude of restaurants, Street food centres , Coffee shops, bakeries, Banks, laundry matt and in close proximity to major supermarkets.
