Suvasam Beach house is located in Pitipana, Negombo, about 20 m from the beach. Off the beaten path, this beach house is surrounded by an authentic Srilankan community, allowing you to experience living with locals without taking away the comforts of a true vacation. The property is a bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 1 washroom, a kitchen, a living area & a dining area. The house comes fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the secondary bedroom has a double bed. The space has been beautifully and thoughtfully curated with local Sri Lankan arts and crafts in order to showcase it's heritage. A concious effort has also been made to be sustainable. This property allows for maximum privacy as it is fully fenced with a gate. Relax in the evenings on the terrace with a chilled beverage in hand, enjoying the views of the beautiful garden.
We are a married couple who love to travel, explore new places, and meet new people. We love having an authentic experience on our travels, meeting locals and learning about their cultures. Suvasam Negombo Beach House stemmed from this love and our desire to showcase Sri Lankan life, culture and heritage in a sustainable way to our guests. We, as hosts, want to ensure the satisfaction and safety of our guests throughout their stay. We are fluent in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
