Although she had to pause her work during the recent challenges in the tourism sector, her passion for batik remains alive. Today, she is happy to share her skills with interested guests, offering hands-on batik workshops where you can learn this traditional art form in an authentic village setting. In addition to her artistic talents, Nilmini also offers traditional Sri Lankan cooking lessons using local ingredients and family recipes passed down through generations.
