Villa Southern Coast is set on a slightly higher point than most properties in the area, so guests always enjoy fresh airflow and a peaceful atmosphere. At night, you can even hear the soft ocean sound in the distance. We are located only 10–15 minutes from Polhena, Madiha, Mirissa and Weligama – perfect for exploring beaches, surfing and snorkeling. Our rooftop is a beautiful open space where guests can relax, watch sunsets and enjoy nature. You can often see peacocks in the garden, and the night lights create a romantic, glamorous ambience. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, and every room has its own private balcony. Guests also have separate private access to their rooms. We offer a TV lounge, dining area and a small tea/coffee station that is always open for your use. We welcome all our guests with a refreshing welcome drink, and every morning we serve a delicious breakfast in Traditional Sri Lankan style or English style. We also provide free bottled water during your stay. We are a peaceful villa where guests can enjoy nature and privacy, while still being close to all the beaches on the southern coast.

Hello! I’m Wajira Chandrasekara, your host. Before managing this villa, I spent several years working as a seaman and had the incredible opportunity to travel to more than 17 countries. My journey later took me to the USA, where I worked with Amazon Prime and the New York Department of Transportation as a school bus driver, proudly serving as a member of the 1205 Teamsters Union. With a clear background check and a valid U.S. driver’s license, I’ve always valued responsibility, professionalism, and hospitality. Travel has always been my passion — I’ve seen the world, and now I want to help others experience the beauty of it too. Sri Lanka, especially the southern coast, holds a special charm with its golden beaches, warm people, and rich culture. Hosting guests allows me to share this beauty, our traditions, and our delicious local cuisine with travelers from across the globe. What I love most about hosting is meeting people from all walks of life and making them feel at home.
