Cozy one-room (18m2) apartment with two beds, kitchen, bathroom and toilet (total area 40 m2). The apartment is created with love 2024.09 and accommodates from 1 to 4 people, but for a comfortable stay, we recommend it for two people or a couple with a child. One double bed and one folding double bed with memory sleep mattresses and satin linen will ensure a comfortable stay. The modernly equipped kitchen includes: induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Ararat Nexpresso coffee, kettle, water filter and all necessary utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and washing machine. There you will find all the necessary personal hygiene products, hairdryer, towels and bathrobes. Free public parking is available.
We, the spouses, Saulius and Lyudmila, travel a lot, so we understand how important a comfortable stay and cleanliness are while traveling, so we will try to meet the needs of even the most demanding customers.
Convenient location, near the promenade near the Venta River. In 5 minutes there is a large shopping center Maxima, Rimi. Not far from the center.
