Жилой комплекс расположен на берегу живописного озера , на територии которого находятся современные спортивная и детская площадка, туристические тропы. В шаговой доступности от жилья находятся магазин и автобусная остановка. Квартира оснащена террасой с садовой мебелью, выйти на нее можно прямо из квартиры.
Cтарая часть г, Клайпеда находится в в 1,3 км от жилья. Современный комплекс окружен старым парком и имеет выход к живописному озеру .Через весь парк, вокруг Мельничного пруда, проложена пешеходная и велосипедная дорожка с многочисленными выходами к воде, террасами для отдыха, мостиками и строящимися местами для активного отдыха: детскими площадками, шахматными столами, фитнес-центрами на открытом воздухе.
