Welcome to our elegant and modern apartment in Shanti! This newly renovated apartment is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and functional accommodation solution for their stay. Tastefully decorated and uniquely designed, this apartment is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, a separate bedroom with a wide bed, a bathroom, a balcony and an A/C Pets are allowed in all of our apartments however each pet has a fee of 10 euro per night the fee must be paid on arrival. high chair - 5 euros per night. (It is not placed inside the apartment, however we will bring and place it inside the apartment before your arrival if needed) Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay there. The apartment also has a small balcony, where you can enjoy an even tastier morning coffee and the warming rays of the sun. The property is perfectly equipped for short and long stays. This neighbourhood is distinguished by its history, dating back to 1879. It was decided to build a category I military fortress in Kaunas, which was occupied by Russian, German, and Lithuanian troops during its many years of existence. In a decade, a military town was built on both sides of A.
