Our team is also available to assist with any emergencies or additional questions, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on weekends and Luxembourgish bank holidays from 10:00 to 19:00. Our emergency line team is available for access assistance and emergencies (reservations and check in assistance is only available during office hours).

Cessange House is a brand-new residence opened in 2025, located in the quiet Cessange district of Luxembourg City. It offers a calm, residential feel while staying well connected to the city center and Cloche d’Or by bus. The building has 20 modern rooms across three floors, each with a 140 cm bed, desk, TV, mini-fridge, private bathroom, and all essentials provided. Every floor has a fully equipped shared kitchen and a balcony or terrace, plus there’s a communal garden to enjoy. Rooms face either the garden or open fields, giving peaceful views. Residents benefit from high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, utilities included, bicycle parking, and self check-in. Quiet hours at night ensure a relaxed atmosphere. We offer fully digital access (reception-free), so completing the online pre check-in up to 15 minutes before the office closes the day of arrival is required to access the property. The online pre check in consists of the following steps: filling the information form, paying the security deposit and uploading a valid ID. We are happy to accommodate late arrival requests if the online pre check in process is completed. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on weekends and Luxembourgish bank holidays from 10:00 to 19:00.
