Welcome to the recreation and fishing site “Polīši”, located 2 kilometers from the beautiful, historical and picturesque town Kuldīga! In “Polīši”, you can relax and enjoy the silence, peace and intact nature in our log guest house with a terrace and sauna. After visiting the sauna you can have a refreshing swim in a pond, or in an ice-hole in winter. Nights are spent in rooms on the second floor of the guest house from where you can see the ponds, groves, forest and meadows. You are welcome to hold celebrations and anniversaries in a romantic fireplace hall for 20 – 30 people. For your relaxation and enjoyment of the nature, a picturesque complex of fishing ponds has been built in a beautiful and scenic place consisting of 6 ponds in the total area of 13 hectares. In these ponds, carps, pikes, perches, crucian carps and trenches are farmed. For leisure activities, we offer fishing for every taste. In the ponds of “Polīši” professional, as well as amateur fishermen, have good catch. Fishermen who have taken part in international fishing competitions appreciate our ponds highly. It is possible to winter fish in pike and perch ponds.

Companies, offices and individuals can organize orienteering competitions in the forest, groves and meadows. Excitement, joy and fun guaranteed! There are places for tents by the ponds.
