This beautiful apartment is situated in upscale Kipsala - a stone’s throw away from the Daugava river and 5min from the center by car. The two bedrooms each have comfortable double beds and the couch in the living room converts into a 5th sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. And after an intense day of sightseeing you can recline in the luxurious bathtub for 2. The entire apartment has been sound-insulated and has black-out and sound-absorbing curtains.
We are a family of 4 and love traveling. We fell in love with Latvia and decided to buy an apartment here and we love sharing it with others when we are not there.
Ķīpsala feels like a quaint village tucked away on an island away from the center’s busyness, even though it’s only 5 minutes away by car. A couple of great restaurants are within close walking distance: Fabrikas and Osta. A grocery store & shopping center is only 4 minutes by car. And if you love swimming there is the large indoor pool, city beach and Daugava to swim in. Just around the corner are 2 harbors with yachts and jetty’s for boating and water sports enthusiasts.
