This house is situated in the Old town, where basically all locals come to spend their free time or celebrate their special events, which means it cannot be quiet as cemetery , still Maza Smilsu street is really one of the most quiet streets in Old Riga, because it is a pedestrian street. IMPORTANT: LATE CHECK OUT IS POSSIBLE ON REQUEST 25 EURO FEE APPLICABLE (DEPENDS ON OCCUPANCY)
The location of the house is in the center of the center, and that explains everything.It is surrounded by fashion shops, coffee shops and restaurants. You are able to see the Black Cat on the roof from your window. In case you are interested in Opera or ballet , you got it -7 minutes on foot and you are there. The cinema with the best equipment in the Baltic states - 10 minutes.
