A bubbly person. Open-minded. Will do my best, to make Your stay in our lovely Studio apartment nice and comfortable.
Studio (28 sq. m.) apartment is located in a historic building "Park Residence", which was completely renovated in 2022. Apartment is equipped with all you may need for comfortable stay, i.e. king-size bed, a small kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge, kettle, washing machine, hi-speed Wi-Fi (288 Mbps)& Smart TV with Netflix, a shower with heated floor, dryer. Adjustable central heating. Led lighting. You will feel like home. Access by keypad/ smart lock. Friendly instructions provided well before arrival. The place situated on the fifth floor of the courtyard house with windows facing away from street. The apartment is accessible by stairs, no elevator provided (must climb stairs). Portable Aircon (not fixed split system) provided June to September for convenience of guests. We want you to feel welcome in our apartment, for your entire stay, however we really appreciate, if you could treat apartment with care & respect as we treat our guests! Have a great day ahead!
