We live between France and Morocco, and each stay here is an opportunity for us to share the beauty of this unique place. We are a family passionate about culture, nature, and the simple pleasures of life. I’m 30 years old, married, and hosting travelers is a real pleasure for us. We love surfing, a sport that can be practiced just a stone’s throw from the villa, on the beautiful beach of Imi Ouaddar. If you’re into surfing, you’ll find the perfect place to pursue your passion here! If not, feel free to simply relax in the sun or explore the surroundings. We are also lovers of good food, and we’d be happy to recommend local specialties you can try during your stay. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped to let you prepare your meals as if you were at home, but if you prefer, we have some great spots to share with you. We created this villa to offer a space where you can recharge, enjoy the tranquility of the place, and reconnect with nature. The garden, the oriental patio, and the proximity to the sea are perfect for moments of relaxation or socializing. Discover our villa nestled on the hills of Imi Ouaddar, just 200 meters (3 minutes on foot) from Imi Ouaddar beach. Located on the GROUND FLOOR, this 2-bedroom villa combines tradition and modernity, with a pleasant coolness during the summer. The 20 m² garden offers parking space, a spot for your surfboards, an outdoor shower, and a relaxation area with a table and chairs. A beautiful mandarin tree provides shade, allowing you to enjoy its fruits or inhale the sweet fragrance of its flowers depending on the season. A bamboo partition ensures your privacy, isolating you from the entrance leading to the first floor. Inside, the living room with a rustic fireplace includes a Berber tea corner, a Moroccan sofa, games, and a television with channels from around the world and Netflix. The spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Essential food items (sugar, salt, spices, coffee, tea, oil) and hygiene supplies (soap, trash bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, dishwasher tablets) are provided. The kitchen opens onto a 30 m² oriental patio with a large table for outdoor dining, a sofa, a sound system, and 2 deck chairs. The villa also features a laundry room and mosquito nets on every door and window. We will be happy to offer you fruits from the garden (depending on the season), through our gardener. Here, you are at home. We do everything to ensure your comfort. USEFUL NOTES: -My family and I may, at certain times, occupy the first floor. The stairs leading to this floor do not pass through the ground floor. Privacy guaranteed! -An extra mattress can be provided for the 5th guest, upon request.

You will stay in the Adrar Neighborhood, a residential area made up solely of villas. A quiet area of Imi Ouaddar, perfect for relaxation while being close to amenities. The village of Imi Ouaddar is small and pleasant to explore on foot. During the day, you can easily access all local shops and services. Just 10 minutes on foot, you'll find traditional restaurants serving delicious local dishes, a water park for a family day out, local mini-markets that sell everything you need (cash payments only), a pharmacy, a butcher, a bar, and a gourmet restaurant in a 4-star hotel, perfect for a relaxing moment. Imi Ouaddar beach is a lively place offering various water activities depending on the season, such as jet skiing, quad biking, horse, camel, and pony rides, and of course, surfing. If you prefer hiking, the surrounding mountains offer beautiful trails with a magnificent view of the sea. Just a few minutes by car, you’ll find the km25 beach, heading towards Taghazout, as well as many wild beaches to explore towards Essaouira. The region is also famous for its majestic sunsets, offering an incredible show throughout the year. The village of Taghazout, world-renowned among surfers, is only 10 minutes by car. There, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops specializing in water sports equipment rentals. A beautiful skate park overlooking the sea is also a must-see for sports enthusiasts.
