يقع دار Chamaa في بستان نخيل في ورزازات مع إطلالات على جبال أطلس، ويشتمل على مسبح في الهواء الطلق مع منطقة شرفة تحيط بها كراسي الاستلقاء للتشمس وأشجار النخيل.
تشتمل غرف الضيوف المكيفة في الدار على حمام خاص، وتتميز الغرف الواسعة بديكورات ذات ألوان بسيطة أنيقة.
يمكن للضيوف في المساء تذوق الأطباق المحلية والأوروبية من قائمة مُحددة.
يقع الدار على بُعد مسافة 15 دقيقة من مطار ورزازات، ويبعُد 3 كم عن وسط المدينة، وتَتَوفر مواقف خاصة مجانية للسيارات في الموقع للضيوف القادمين بالسيارة.
