Our traditional house/riad is situated in a quiet area of the ancient medina of Meknes. The rooms are all en suite and situated around a small courtyard which opens up to the terrace two floors above. The terrace has an outside kitchen with serving island, fridge and washing machine. A ten-minute medina walk to Place El Hedim and all other sites of interest. Transport can also be arranged to and from our house. Languages spoken: Arabic, English, French.

Riad Inspira is a meticulously renovated riad cared for by Jihane and Hananne. Built in the late 17th century this intimate riad offers comfort and style with an excellent quality/price ratio. It has been furnished traditionally using artisanal crafts, architectural salvage and has many antique examples of Moroccan objet d'art. The riad itself is an excellent example of the buildings erected in the era in which it was built, reflecting the ambition and ego of the tyrannous Moulay Ismail, Sultan of Morocco, who held his Imperial home in the City of Meknes.
