Το Palais Shéhérazade βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Μεντίνας του Fez. Το κατάλυμα στεγάζεται σε ένα παλάτι του 19ου αιώνα και πρώην κατοικία του Βεζίρη και είναι προσβάσιμο με το αυτοκίνητο. Το γαστρονομικό εστιατόριό του είναι πολύ φημισμένο στην πόλη και προσφέρει μαροκινές σπεσιαλιτέ σε μια βεράντα με πανοραμική θέα. Καθημερινά σερβίρεται ευρωπαϊκό πρωινό. Τα βράδια μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε στη βεράντα και να απολαύσετε πιάτα από την τοπική κουζίνα στην αυθεντικά διακοσμημένη τραπεζαρία. Τα δωμάτια είναι μοναδικά διακοσμημένα με παραδοσιακά έπιπλα και μαροκινά έργα τέχνης. Είναι ευρύχωρα και διαθέτουν τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, μίνι μπαρ και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Οι επισκέπτες έχουν στη διάθεσή τους μια εσωτερική πισίνα με υδρομασάζ, μια εξωτερική πισίνα, χαμάμ, σάουνα και περιποιήσεις μασάζ. Το Palais Shéhérazade διοργανώνει περιηγήσεις και εκδρομές στο Fez.
