Our ground floor two bedroom apartment features a large kitchen diner with plenty of seating and two bedrooms each with two single beds. Ideal for families or small groups of adults. A tv with netflix and digital tv channels is in one bedroom. Free WiFi is available for all guests to use. We have both uk and morrocan plug sockets in each room, so guests do not need adapters. The roof terrace is available to be used by guests and features a covered seating area with sofas and table, as well as relaxing chairs in the sun amongst the planting. The large kitchen diner has a sofa and table, gas cooker, full size kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a traditional tagine, for anyone who would like to cook authentically. We have tried to keep to the traditional moroccan character in the apartment but with modern appliances for the use of our guests. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils in the kitchen. We send our guests a comprehensive welcome pack before their arrival, which gives a detailed guide to the apartment, local area, travelling around and detailled hints and tips from our own experiences, for you to get the most from your stay.

Ahmed is originally from Agadir and lives on site. He has lived in the UK for 12 years and manages the business with his wife Sarah. Ahmed returned to Morocco in 2024 to support his Mum whose health is declining and splits his time between managing the apartments and caring for her. He enjoys helping people learn more about the local area and playing football on the beach. Ahmed is happy to assist guests to make travel arrangements, trips and we aim to offer a more personalised approach, supporting our guests to experience the real Morocco, not just the big, known tourist places.

Tililia is a quieter suburb of Agadir around 20 minutes from Agadir Airport. Within a 15 minute walk there is the local market, a beautiful park, an air conditioned indoor childrens soft play (Parkids), many restaurants, shops and takeaways. It is 17 minutes by car, taxi to the beach and centrally placed for all the major attractions such as the beach, souk el had, Crocopark, Agadir oufella and the amarzeigh museum. The number 16 bus route is just a 3 minute walk from the flat and runs by the Souk el had (Famous market) and right to the bus terminal (2 minutes from the beach front) and is just 4dh for an adult.
