We are a married couple with deep roots in family traditions and village tourism, dedicated to making your stay warm and comfortable. We offer three modern studio apartments in the village of Karuč, Cetinje Municipality. All are on the same floor, newly built in 2022, with stylish furnishings, large windows, and private bathrooms. Each apartment has a balcony with sun umbrellas, loungers, and bean bag chairs, offering stunning views of Montenegro’s mountains and the nearby lake. The apartments come fully equipped with air conditioning, TV with 300 channels, free Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, and toiletries. Below the apartments, a new restaurant features a beach bar and a fully equipped beach area with loungers and umbrellas. Guests can enjoy boat rides, canoes, pedal boats, and on-site fishing. Catamarans with fridges and WCs are available for larger groups. We also offer visits to the family winery “Mrkan,” known for its award-winning wines, with tastings and snacks (extra charge). Free parking is provided, well-lit, monitored, and guarded overnight. Our menu includes authentic Montenegrin cuisine, grilled dishes, seafood, and vegan options. We also organize trips to Kom and Ostrog.

The capital of Montenegro, Podgorica, is located 27 km from Apartments Karucki Krs. Zeta Railway Station is just 8 km away, while the Budva Main Bus Station is 23 km away. Podgorica Airport is conveniently located at a distance of 12 km. Popular attractions nearby include the Natural History Museum (16 km) and Lovćen National Park (22 km).
