Apartmani Milanovć nalaze se u turističkom delu Bara, Šušnju. Raspolažemo sa 5 studio-apartmana sa pripadajućim parkingom. Svaka jedinica ima zaseban ulaz i balkon,a sastoje se od mini-kuhinje, kupatila i spavace sobe. Svi apartmani imaju klimu, TV sa ravnim ekranom i besplatan Wi-Fi.
U našoj neposrednoj blizini nalaze se prodavnica, pekara i par restorana sa domaćom kuhinjom.
Od plaže smo udaljeni 300m, od šetališta 500m,a od centra grada 1km.
Gradska riva nudi brojne gastronomske sadržaje - restorane, kafice, picerije, zabavni park, zatim kulturno-istorijske - Dvorac kralja Nikole sa muzejskom postavkom i Umetnička galerija.
