Apartman je lociran u strogom centru grada, 20 m2 na drugom spratu. U zgradi se nalazi nekoliko kafiterija i restorana, kao i fontana sa predivnim pogledom. Takodje u samom centru se i nalaze najatraktivnija mjesta za izlazak, šetalište uz rijeku Moraču, brdo Gorica.
Blizina svih znamenitosti čini ovu lokaciju veoma atraktivnom, tako da šetnjom možete stići u kratkom vremenskom intervalu gdje god zaželite.
