Apartments Simovic are located in the Seljanovo nice and calm part of Tivat.This property is 5 minute walk from the beach,set only 400m from the beach.Within a 3 minute stroll there are several well equiped sports facilities including tennis courts. Porto Montenegro can be reached in 5 minute on food. Tivat centre can be reached in 1 km and offers night life and shopping street. 70-150m from property are several markets..Neighbouring Kotor is 10km away is listed by UNESCO. All apartments are air-conditioned and comprise flat-screen cable TV and fast wi-fi.Amenities include seating area. There is a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer in each unit. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.The property also offers a large stone barbecue facilites and laundry services. We offer a furnished terrace and furnished garden.
