The apartment is wonderfully located, with a spacious balcony as its absolute highlight. Perfect in every season and at any time of day to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Bay of Kotor. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen for comfortable self-catering, a cozy sofa facing the balcony so you can enjoy the view even indoors, and bedrooms with wardrobes for convenient storage. Guests also have access to the shared pool of the Boka Heights residence and free private parking. For maximum flexibility, the apartment offers self check-in with a key locker. The apartment has a portable Wi-Fi device, you will need to purchase a SIM card to use it.
We are a family of 4 living abroad, but we always enjoy spending time in Montenegro ourselves. We are very communicative, and friendliness is especially important to us. We are open to all your questions and are truly looking forward to welcoming you as our guest in our apartment.
Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, bakeries, and cozy restaurants directly on the promenade. There are stages right by the bay and a kilometer-long waterfront walkway, perfect for evening strolls. The historic town of Kotor, with its UNESCO-protected Old Town, narrow stone streets, lively squares, and medieval city walls, is just a short drive away, making this apartment the ideal base to experience both relaxation and culture at the Bay of Kotor.
