All guests can enjoy free-of-charge access to the resort's Club House, featuring a hot tub, Finnish sauna, Moroccan hammam and full range of spa services. The resort also includes a pool with infinity-edge overlooking Kotor Bay and lounge chairs for sunbathing. The modern-style apartment is located on a 2nd floor in a Mediterranean-inspired building with lift access. It features a balcony views of the Kotor Bay and the rustic village of Morinj. Free WiFi and free parking space are provided. These contemporary designed apartment offer a bright and airy feel, with a terrace to enjoy al fresco dining. The interiors are smartly furnished, with a comfortable living space and dining area. There is air conditioning in the living room, along with a flat screen and satellite TV. Neighbourhood information

The Gulf of Kotor is a region surrounding one of the grandest natural features of East Adriatic. Sailing in from the open sea you are entering in a series of four bays penetrating 25km inland. The closest and very popular landmark to Morinj is the Illyrian town called Risan. It is worth visiting and seeing the Roman Mosaics, the rosette on St. Peter's Church and the cobbled main street. Nested at the foot of hill and facing the sea to the two Island there is a small town called Perast. The silence of its deserted houses and the aged stone streets speaks loudly of its passing greatness. It is protected by UNESCO as a word heritage site. Now it is pedestrian only zone. One of the biggest attractions is Our Lady of the Rock, a little island with outstanding These days Orahovac is a sleepy fishing village, but back in the 19th C it was famous for its sailing ships and captains. Venetian Kotor perches majestically one of the most beautiful bodies of water in Europe. This town, with its labyrinth of cobbled streets was ones a busting hub of maritime affairs and home to sailors and merchants. There is a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops and sightseeing opportunities.
