The apartment is in the architecture of the 70s so we tried to follow that interior course. The apartment consists of one bedroom connected with the dining room and kitchen, the bedroom has blinds on the window and a glass door that are a staircase that is also a terrace in front of the entrance door. This is a private building, which has only four apartments, with a lovely neigbourhood so you have the feeling of home and private land. In addition to the above, in the dining room, there is a comfortable sofa that can be opened for sleeping, then there is a hallway with a front door, a bathroom door, and then the living room. The living room is nicely separated and has a large sofa that can also be used for sleeping, in the living room there is a door leading to a private terrace with a sea view. This building also has an outdoor terrace of some 40m2 which is a common area that can be used by all tenants, but most often it is a very quiet empty area for reading and sunbathing, has shade and a sea view.
