This high-end luxury apartment offers peaceful environment surrounded by nature and sea. From the terrace you can smell the pine wood and get a glimpse of the sea which is 60m away from you !
Surrounded by hotels, lots of restaurants, cafes and stores of your preference - everything accessible by walking 2 minutes!
Even though the air conditioning is only available in the living room, dining room and kitchen, in the bedrooms there is NO need for air conditioning because the rooms are much COOLER from the forest
Location of the apartment guarantees peace and quite with no traces of traffic
- You are surrounded by 2 hotels that you can see from the terrace
- There is a MINI supermarket a minute away and BIG one a 100m distance
- Surrounded by Restaurants and Caffès reachable by walking
- There are 2 large promenades - one at the seafront and the other through the forest leading to a new beach !
