This astonishing four-star Villa is a new and modern 6-storey building, including a total of 20 apartments, ranging from 35 to 250 square meters.m: 4 studios, 2 apart. with one and 14 apart. with two bedrooms. The villa has all the modern amenities to make you stay pleasant and comfortable along with a reception, an outdoor barbeque, laundry/utility room so You can use laundry and ironing service with extra payment. The property has a private entrance and safe and secure garage with 20 parking spaces. Each apartment has its own parking space and the second p.space is possible to provide on the request. An elevator takes you from the garage to one of the apartments. The apartments are spacious, bright and comfortable. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace with magnificent views of the sea and a world-famous semi-island of Saint Stefan. To make your stay at the villa perfect and your experience of the region complete, the villa manager is at your disposal for all information and concierge services. We are pet-friendly.

The world famous Sveti Stefan is a picturesque island in the Adriatic Sea and a real highlight in Montenegro. The dream beach overlooking the islet is also unique and is definitely one of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro. This former fishing village was completely renovated as a hotel in 2007 and today with its impressive appearance it provides the entire Montenegrin coast with an exceptionally beautiful and proud charm. During a visit to Sveti Stefan beach you can expect a view like you know it from travel magazines and so it is hardly surprising that every year countless visitors from all over the world come to admire this spectacular attraction up close.
