Welcome to the SPRITZ! Charming apartment on the first and top floor of a small building overlooking Marigot Bay and its marina. You'll immediately be captivated by the panoramic view of the sea and Marigot Marina. Spacious and bright, the apartment is composed as follows: an air-conditioned bedroom with a large double bed and a closet. a bathroom with a toilet separate from the bedroom. a ventilated living room with a sofa bed and a TV. a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. a large terrace from which you can admire the sunsets over the sea. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a parking space. Saint Martin is currently experiencing water production issues, resulting in occasional water outages. To limit inconvenience, large water containers are available.

Located in a quiet residential area close to Marigot and the hospital: Quartier Agrément A few minutes from the center of Marigot and its restaurants. Close to shops: supermarket, market, pharmacy. Nearest beaches: Friar's Bay, Baie Nettle, Maho, Mullet, Simpson Bay. 20 minutes from Grand Case Airport. 15 minutes from Juliana International Airport (SXM).
