Our apartments were newly built in 2023 and opened to guests in June 2024. Everything is brand new, clean, and carefully set up to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The house is divided into three levels: On the ground floor, there are two separate units, each with its own private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and hair dryer. One room has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. These two rooms share a fully equipped kitchen. Both rooms have direct patio access from inside the unit. On the first floor, you’ll find a family suite with two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The suite also includes a living room with a sofa and TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. Each bedroom and the living room have their own air conditioning unit, and there is also a private balcony. The third floor features a private apartment with two single beds, a sofa, a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom. Although this unit doesn’t have a balcony, it has private access to the ground floor patio. All units offer free Wi-Fi and come stocked with shampoo, soap, towels, and other essentials, so you can settle in with ease. We aim to provide a clean, practical, and welcoming space for all our guests, whether you're staying for a short visit or a longer stay.

The property is located just a 1-minute walk from the town’s main street, where you’ll find a wide variety of cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything else you might need during your stay. Despite being so close to the center, the house is situated in a quiet area, offering a peaceful environment for a good night’s sleep—away from live music, traffic noise, and crowds. While there may be free public parking spots available near the house, we cannot guarantee their availability, especially during busy periods. If needed, we’re happy to assist you with paid parking approximately 100 meters from the property, and the cost of this parking is covered by the host.
