Mina apartment is located in the heart of Skopje City-Centre, 100 meters from Macedonia Square, and Old Stone bridge next to the Vardar River with a beautiful mountain (from the living room and kitchen) and river view (from the bedroom). It's a central heated, 7th floor apartment, full renovated in January 2024, and it offers one bedroom (bed 160×200 in centimeters), one living room (retractable sofa 140×200, comfortable for 2 children or one adult), 100% white cotton linens, kitchen with dining room, two balconies, one bathroom, and one toilet, suitable for not more than 4 persons. This full air-conditioned apartment (one AC in the living room and one more in the bedroom) is fully equipped with everything that is needed. Among the facilities at this property are elevators, free parking (on request), free Wi-Fi throughout the property, full equip kitchen, and many more.

After years and years of traveling, I finally decided to rent out my property, which has a great location in the heart of Skopje. Me and my wife decided to incorporate in the proporty everything that we need when we are guests in apartments during our travels, to feel relaxed and comfortable. Cleanliness is our priority! We also like to emphasize that guests should feel free to contact us at any time for everything that is important for their stay in the apartment and also in Skopje. The Mina apartment is located on the pedestrian zone by the quay of the Vardar river. The apartment is part of the GTC complex (the oldest shopping mall in Skopje, which has not yet been changed in anything since it was built), where there is everything you could need, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, bakeries, cafes, clothes shops, shoes, etc. There are occasionally parties in the restorants and coffee next to the building, so sometimes the music can be loud until midnight. Most of the city's tourist attractions can be found in walking distance. The location is great if you are coming by shuttle bus from airport Skopje. The bus will drop you off in front of the hotel Holiday Inn, which is only a few steps away from our apartment. Almost all tourist attractions are within walking distance from 100 to 400 meters (Stone Bridge, main city square with the Aleksander the Great statue, Archeological museum, Old Turkish bazar, Kale Fortress....)
