We (the brothers Petar and Kostadin, for friends and guests too, Pepi and Kosta) built our vila in 2018 to provide a great stay for all travelers who pass by Gevgelija. The Vila is nestled in the centre of the city in quiet street wich offers closed private parking in vila's yard secured with video surveillance for parking lots for all 8 apartments (for free). Except one apartment all the rest are with a terrace on the living and bedroom, LCD TV's, Air conditioner, free Wi-Fi, all has kitchens and kitchenetts with all services, bathrooms with showers and free toiletries. In the fridge is allways bottle of water, coffe, snacks... Тhe whole villa has sound and thermal insulation (from windows, balcony and entrance doors, aluminium shutters and mosquito nets everywhare) that offers a very pleasant stay in the villa. It's very easy to find us and when you will get here we are here on your big disposal. We also adore comunications with people, to help and give advise for easier further trip (who is often for traveling to Greece). We look forward to your visit with an opportunity to prove ourselves.
