House Rules: Arrival after 5pm- Departure before 11:00. No parties GUESTS A complete list of all guests will be required prior to your arrival. The number of guests must match the reservation, and any changes need to be approved in advance. No outside visitors are allowed—only registered guests from the reservation are permitted. All guests must sleep in the designated bedrooms, and no one is allowed to sleep on the couches or set up extra beds. We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property if unregistered guests are found or if the guest limit is exceeded. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. ANIMAL If we have approved a pet (only one per family), please follow the specific pet guidelines that will be provided prior to your arrival. CHECKin/CHECKout Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, this may be arranged based on availability, with potential additional fees. AC and OPENINGS Always ensure that all windows and sliding doors are closed, take the AC key with you, turn off all fans, and lock the entrance door every time you leave the apartment. When the AC is running in the bedrooms, please make sure that all windows and doors are securely closed. SAND Our showers will have difficulty draining if there is sand in them. For this reason, we will leave a small brush at the entrance so that you can remove the sand from your feet in the parking lot before returning. NO SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including at the windows or on the parking lot. QUIET TIME After 9 PM. If we receive noise complaints from neighbors, we may have to ask you to vacate the property. On DEPARTURE Day Upon check-out, please ensure there are no dirty dishes left in the sink and that all trash is taken to the outside bins. Be mindful of recycling guidelines.
