Spacious house in a perfect location , in a very quiet road yet just 1 minute walk to the nearest Supermarket, and a 3 minute walk to Paceville and St.Julian's center. Perfect if you're after Bars, Restaurants , nightlife and the Sea. The house is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you have 4 private double bedrooms and one double bed in the large living area, closed off with curtains for privacy . On the top floor you'll also find 2 bathrooms (1 being en suite) , a large kitchen and a large living area with a spacious sofa and large fat screen Tv. The living area leads onto a furnished terrace which overlooks a complex . In the semi-basement you will find 2 rooms with 2 double beds , a small kitchen and living area with Tv , and another bathroom .
